Wroclaw University of Economics and Business (WUEB) offers a modern and international academic environment designed to support students throughout their educational journey. Through cooperation with more than 200 partner universities worldwide, students gain access to numerous opportunities for academic, professional, and intercultural development.
The International Cooperation Center plays a key role in the university’s internationalization efforts. It coordinates student and staff mobility, partnerships with universities around the world, international conferences, and other global initiatives. WUEB’s international recognition is reflected in its accreditations and memberships in prestigious organizations, including AACSB, confirming the university’s commitment to high-quality education and continuous development.
International students receive dedicated support through the Welcome Center, which helps newcomers adapt to both university life and the city of Wroclaw. The Center provides practical information, organizational assistance, and integration activities that make the transition to studying in Poland easier and more enjoyable.
Student mobility is further strengthened through the Erasmus+ Programme. Participants can study abroad at partner universities, gain valuable international experience, develop intercultural competencies, and build global networks. WUEB actively promotes and supports international mobility, offering students a wide range of opportunities to broaden their horizons.
The university is also committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Investments in energy efficiency, renewable energy solutions, modern infrastructure, and green initiatives contribute to creating a sustainable and student-friendly campus environment.
An important part of the support system is the Dean’s Office for English-taught programmes. Its staff provide administrative assistance, guide students through academic procedures, and help address everyday university-related matters throughout their studies.
By combining academic excellence, international opportunities, and comprehensive student support, WUEB creates an environment where students from around the world can successfully learn, grow, and achieve their goals.
Wroclaw University of Economics and Business (WUEB) continues to strengthen its cooperation with the business community, effectively combining academic knowledge with practical experience. Through close collaboration with corporate partners, students gain access to valuable learning opportunities, develop future-oriented competencies, and become better prepared for the challenges of the labour market.
Over the past year, business representatives actively contributed to the development of study programmes, delivered guest lectures, conducted workshops, and participated in meetings with students. Joint initiatives also included mentoring programmes, study visits, and projects supporting talent development and professional growth.
Career Fairs organized by WUEB once again provided an important platform for direct interaction between students and employers, helping participants explore career opportunities and establish professional connections. The university and its partners also co-organized conferences, special events, and social initiatives, strengthening the dialogue between academia and business.
Another important milestone was the establishment of the WUEB Alumni Office, which supports the development of the alumni community and fosters long-term relationships between graduates and the university.
The achievements of the past year demonstrate that cooperation between academia and business creates tangible value for students, graduates, employers, and society as a whole. As WUEB celebrates its 80th anniversary, the university remains committed to expanding partnerships that inspire growth, innovation, and the development of future-ready competencies.
