3rd International Mobility Fairs 2026

3rd International Mobility Fairs 2026

The annual International Mobility Fairs, organized by the International Cooperation Center and its International Mobility Section, took place from March 9–11, 2026.

The Mobility Fairs have become a permanent fixture in the WUEB international events calendar. Each year, they attract strong interest from students planning to participate in the Erasmus+ Program, as well as staff from the International Cooperation Center, who value the opportunity to meet in person with representatives of partner universities.

During the third edition of the Fair, we hosted representatives from:

  • Università degli Studi di Sassari, Italy
  • University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer, Germany
  • University of Economics–Varna, Bulgaria
  • Clausthal University of Technology, Germany
  • Institut Limayrac, France
  • Bratislava University of Economics and Business, Slovakia
  • University of Madeira, Portugal

We also had the pleasure of hosting our Japanese language lecturers, who introduced students to the art of matcha preparation and Japanese calligraphy.

The aim of the Fair was to encourage students to participate in the Erasmus+ Program, including study exchanges, internships, and short-term mobility formats such as the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP). The presence of students who had already taken part in Erasmus+ proved particularly valuable, as they shared their experiences and offered practical advice and encouragement.

During the event, participants had the opportunity to interact directly with representatives of partner institutions and obtain detailed information about study opportunities and conditions abroad. Exposure to different languages and accents also allowed students to gain a better understanding of host countries, helping them make more informed decisions about their future study or internship destinations.

The Fair also served as a platform for exchanging experiences and best practices between partner institutions, supporting the development of international cooperation and enhancing the quality of mobility programs.

We look forward to welcoming you again next year.
