From 25–29 May 2026, the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business had the pleasure of hosting WeTogether Week 2026, welcoming academic and administrative staff from universities around the world.

The event brought together participants from 20 universities representing 11 countries — including France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Czechia, Hungary, and Croatia — creating a truly diverse and inspiring international academic community.

The week offered a dynamic programme of interactive workshops, discussions, networking sessions, and cultural activities, creating valuable opportunities for participants to exchange knowledge, share good practices, and establish new international connections.

We would like to thank all participants, speakers, and organizers for their enthusiasm and commitment, which made this year’s edition a great success.

REGISTRATION

Participation is subject to a selection process. The organisers reserve the right to select participants based on the applications received.

Participation fee: 260 EUR*
Deadline for applications: 21 October 2025

*The registration fee includes: 

  • Full-day excursion to Książ Castle and the Church of Peace (transport, entrance fees, and traditional lunch included),
  • Access to all lectures, workshops, and creative sessions,
  • 3 lunches, 2 dinners, coffee breaks, and snacks,
  • Guided tour of Wrocław’s Old Town,
  • Boat cruise on the Odra River,
  • VAT.
