Future Leaders, Global Teams: Building Intercultural Competence Through Design Thinking

The programme will take place at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business from 19 to 23 April 2027.

The programme will begin with a virtual preparation phase, introducing students to the fundamentals of intercultural communication and the Design Thinking methodology. This phase will provide participants with a common conceptual foundation for the in-person week in Wroclaw.
