At the end of September, Wroclaw University of Economics and Business welcomed 240 new Erasmus+ students during the Orientation Days 2025/2026. It was a perfect opportunity for the international community to meet, gain practical information, and begin their academic adventure in the capital of Lower Silesia.

The program included lectures and presentations about the university’s structure, study offer, and academic life in Poland. Students also met the Erasmus Office team and staff of the International Cooperation Center, who will support them throughout their stay. In addition, they were introduced to the Erasmus Student Network UEW, with whom they will participate in numerous student and city events during the upcoming academic year.

The highlight of the event, however, was integration. Conversations, shared activities, and first connections—often turning into lasting friendships—filled the day. Participants also enjoyed refreshments and commemorative photo sessions. An additional attraction was a guided tour of Wroclaw, with both the weather and turnout exceeding expectations.
